During our live performances, we employ a technology known as digital sequencing. This has fast become an industry standard in professional live band performances around the world.
Digital sequencing allows for cleaner, more dynamic performances. It allows us to utilize smaller bands with even more of an impact. It affords bands the flexibility to perform music as it was originally intended to be heard. It also allows us to tailor the size and structure of the band to fit the needs and budget of event promoters and managers.
As well, it gives us the opportunity to constantly update our music repertoire. We sequence all of our own music, which gives us direct quality control over our signature sound. The Son Caribe Band has consistently set the standard for seamlessly blending live musician performance with digital technology.
We neither rely on or boast about how many pieces we have on stage, because that is simply irrelevant. Sheer numbers just make things louder - that's all. Size alone does not address musicality, relevancy or audience support. What truly matters is the quality, presentation and delivery of a stage performance. This needs to match the fire of the music.
